Why is the homeowner surprised that the bank foreclosed on them when they stopped paying their mortgage? Let’s go occupy somewhere that makes sense, not in some deadbeat’s house.

These homes that are empty are costing home owners equity loses. i think we need to start giving away the homes or setting up a national lotto are maybe a state lotto we can sale the homes to the highest bidder or maybe the banks will just do what they did in the 1930′s and use bulldozers on homes. so no one could live in them its a sad state of affairs when you think about it. i support the Occupy movement i think it was needed in a time when the country was moving to far to the right maybe we will get real change.

When parents live on entitlements or want free stuff, as unfortunate as it is, children will continue in poverty.

So they take the advice to stop paying their mortgage, the government doesn’t give them a loan modification at taxpayers expense, and they lose their home. I’m sorry for them, but it seems to me they first shouldn’t have tried to get a government handout at taxpayer expense, they shouldn’t have stopped paying their mortgage, and they would have kept their home. If they wanted “breathing room” why did they take on the home and mortgage in the first place?

If the republicans would have cared everyone’s home values would be much higher today. Which proves one thing beyond a shadow of doubt … it’s NOT about the money. They’re just plain stu0pid.

Nothing is “free.” Protesting with signs that seek “free” college degrees and “free” health care make you look like id_iots, because colleges and hospitals don’t operate on rain_bows and sunshine. There is no magic money machine to tap for your meandering educational careers and “slow paths” to adulthood, and the 53 percent of taxpaying Americans owe you neither a degree nor an annual physical.
